For proximity to everything in downtown Athens, you can't beat the location. As importantly, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the front desk staff was as friendly and helpful as can be. Even the little things (e.g., the need for an extra safety pin) were taken care of. We also enjoyed the pool and adjoining small courtyard.
