What an amazing retreat center, art museum, restaurant! Jorge, the owner, is a deeply spiritual man with an incredible eye for art and detail. I travelled by a bicycle through Honduras and got very fed up of the noise and stresses of the towns and cities I was visiting - this was the perfect place to be able to relax in.
