I went for business for a few days and booked with hotels.com. The hotel was busy and decided to ignore my reservation and never bothered telling me. They let me stay the night but threw me out the following night. The hotel is outdated and dark. The camino real is much brighter and the rooms are much nicer! More

Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel was very close to the airport and had a regular shuttle. There were some very good restaurants within walking distance and the restaurants in the hotel were also very good. The breakfast was outstanding with an amazing selection of fresh fruit and pastries. More

Although I do not usually stay at 5 star hotels, due to the cost, I am here with a group so I get to experience it. This hotel staff can not do enough for you. Very professional and extremely friendly. Most speak English, however they allow me to try out my basic Spanish skills with much helpfulness on their part. More
