“Pretty hotel, but unorganized”

I stayed here before leaving for my honeymoon, and let me tell you this: the hotel is pretty, the rooms are nice and this is a great place to host an event such as a wedding or special birthday but for actually STAYING...hmmm...they are a bit unorganized because we were supposed to get complimentary champagne and stuff sent up to...
