Sunset Pointe is a privately owned condominium complex with just 13 units. Each condo is owned individually and managed individually. Each of the units is fully furnished and appointed with local mohagany and Mexican painted sinks and personally designed tiles. The units are all beatiful and each have huge outdoor porches/patios and share widows peaks on top for a great view of sunsets and, well, ... everything. Water, mountains, village...The units share a pool, hot tub and dock. There is so much in the area to do and explore. Go inland to the jungle and the ruins one day, and be out on the boat fishing in the Caribbean or hanging out snorkeling at an island --- two vacations in one!
