7 of us stayed 8 nights, 9 incredible days in the over-the-water cabanas. The staff was so friendly and the food was incredible. Everything was included from the moment we left the airport til our return, excepting alcohol and soda. They were helpful answering e-mails promptly before the trip, as I had many questions trying to get my husband and... More

Because of lack of draft Carnival Conquest cannot dock in Belize. A dive boat from Belize Adventure came to the cruise ship to load divers. Then went to a small key where they have the dive shop so divers can select equipment that will fit them. Equipment is well maintained and they offer wet suit at no extra fee. Then... More

My daughter and I enjoyed diving with the folks at High Parkey's. After picking us up along side the cruise ship, we went to their island to get the gear. There was plenty of beautiful corals and fish to see on the Barrier Reef but nothing out of the ordinary. A few lion fish were harvested. It was interesting to... More

I booked my dive before I departed on the Carnival Legend. I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first cruise. Since I wasn't sure what to expect I was pleasantly surprised that the company picked us up at the ship. The tender process went smoothly. I enjoyed the boat ride to where we had pick up our... More

Our travel agent had booked us for four nights at Hugh Parkey’s Adventure Lodge on Spanish Lookout Caye. We were surprised that no other guests were on the island, but it soon became clear why that was the case. We had no hot water in any of our three rooms, and after the sun went down the power generator was... More

Like many others, my sister and I arrived in Belize City on the Carnival Liberty. We too had decided to book through Carnival due to the tender process and the fact that none of the other scuba companies could guarantee that we'd be back in time to catch the last tender. I've read the other reviews of day scuba divers... More

I really enjoyed the crew and the dives. Really easy going and fun. (DM) took my wife on her first ocean water dives and struggled with that, but different story. The crew had chips, salsa, fruit and cookies. They were stocked on snacks and water...A+ Unfortunately, we were there on a dive excursion from our cruise and the 2 places... More

We dove here for one day as a stop on a cruise. Normally we don't book our diving through the ship, but we heard it was the best option in Belize. Belize City is a tender point and the dive shop picks you up at the ship. The boat we used for diving was nice and the resort was a... More

This dive was too expensive - $165 for 2 tanks from cruise ship Carnival Liberty. I was expecting Belize to make my list of top dive spots, but now I am in no hurry to go back - they under whelmed me. On the same cruise I enjoyed and had much better diving at 3 of my top favorites -... More

My husband and I just returned from Hugh Parkey's. First the great: service was awesome. From their flexibility when we had to reschedule because we couldn't make our original dates, to the on-site services were great. Ronguel (the guy who handled all food and beverages) was a gem. Also great: the tours, both kayaking in mangroves and snorkeling on the... More
