Great service. Rooms are small and older but extremely well kept and kitchenette makes it worth it. Lake and gameroom add to the relaxing factor. Great place especially for the price.

Nice little place at lake Brentwood close to Avon Park and Sebring. Small motel no luxury but ok, the rooms facing the lake are very nice and quiet. The owner is very helpful and friendly.
