Arriving hot and thirsty, were greeted by a large container dispensing water with fruit. Just made our day. We've been staying here (near family) for the last 25 years. Never had a complaint. Kids absolutely love it. Quiet rooms , food nearby, I sleep soundly. Excellant staff. If they have an empty unit, I look no further.

Rooms were great, pool was nice. Kitchens were well equipped and big enough to actually cook in. No Hot Tubs.
Breakfast was bad - bland and cold no matter the time, but the rooms were unbelievably well priced so it wasn't a big deal. We cooked for ourselves, but saw several people leaving breakfast with plates full of food going...

I was here at the end of March and pleased to see a re-furbished suite, SS appliances, new 35"TV!! But first....when you walk in to check in, big smiles, hellos, welcome back. I can not say enough about GM Cyndy Peters and her staff!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, it gets better everytime I go.

Altamonte Springs Residence is showing its age…worn carpet, old two-story design, but it is in a good location . While it is only a half mile from the interstate, the property units are set back enough that there is no road noise. Also EVAC was outstanding. I set the a/c to 62 degrees and it delivered. Full kitchen was nice...

We stayed in what they call the "Penthouse Suite" room and were happy. The appliances in the room looked like they had never been used before. The beds were clean, along with the bathrooms. We would stay here again.
We had a very pleasant stay at this Residence Inn and got what we expected. The location is just off the I-4 and close to shopping and restaurants at Altamonte Mall. There was only one day during our stay that we didn't have seating in the morning for breakfast because the restaurant was full. But overall a very nice place...

Beside, the door keep getting stuck and cannot be opened. My duaghter got bugs all over. very disappointed with Marriott chain hotel despite all these good review I have viewed on this hotel.
Very good stay at an older (my personal favorite design) Residence Inn. Pleasant staff, good location (closest Marriott property to Apopka), convenient to highways, good restaurant choices
