This is a cheap long term stay motel. It is populated mostly by foreign workers and transients. Not recommended for middle class families looking to save on a vacation stay. One lady I met was homeless off and on and had mental issues. She left in the middle of the night with a stranger. She was 50+ years old. Other... More

I am staying here right now and I am literally in fear for my life. Both of my neighbors are constantly arguing. I don't dare fall asleep in a place like this. The floor is filthy. Do not ever stay here unless you have no choice. Definitely do not bring children here. You won't be able to afford the therapy... More

I just checked out of this hotel. I stayed ther for two weeks and was not impressed at all. The side of the building I stayed on was supposed to be all non-smoking but could smell cigarette smoke in my room from other units. The fire alarms went off twice in two days in the middle of the night because... More

I had never been to denver so I called this place and asked how much and their closeness to downtown denver. The manager i spoke to said they were close to downtown ( They're not - it's a 45 minute bus ride to downtown) and that there were 2 types of rooms -$189 + $199. The $199 being larger. I... More

My wife and i staye there for 1 month and it was a disaster. John the Manager is probably the worst person EVER to manage anything. John was very rude and had no apologies for anything. So many bad experiences but i will tell u the worst. My wife and i took the garbage downstairs and placed it in a Garbage... More

I stayed for a week, but in retrospect would have rather paid a bit more and stayed at a motel 6. I had to buy air spray to take the odor out of the air after checking in This is as much of a suite as a vw bug is a limo. Rooms are small, and have a tiny micrcrowave,... More

SpacePilot 500 - We are glad you found the low rates and the laundry facility to be a positive aspect of your stay. However, we certainly regret to hear that other things did not meet your expectations. While we are indeed limited service, we pride ourselves on offering our guests exceptionally clean rooms and a quiet, comfortable location. We will... More

Room was badly infested with bed bugs - I got > 20 bites in two nights. Management apologized, offered me a different room, refunded my money with no hassle but I still had a terrible time trying to get the bugs out of my stuff. Would not stay again.

This is a critical issue to InTown Suites and we are sorry to hear about the occurence. We are glad the property handled the situation quickly and without issue. We have a national contract with Orkin to prevent bedbugs and other pests from entering the room. We also perform regular, thorough inspections of the room as part of our weekly... More

The room was so dirty if you walked on the floor bare footed and got in the shower and turn the water on it looked like muddy water running off you feet, only one towel and wash cloth apiece to use for a week. Supposed to have internet but could never connect told manger said he would see what he... More

Hey, if you can't afford to stay at the upscale hotels, you shouldn't complain. Even some of them have cleanliness issues. Geeze, for the weekly rate - you should'nt complain. You're other option is to stay at a place for $175.00 per night. Ya think?

Was lured in by the cheap weekly rate offered. $169.99 Per week. Surprise, thats only if you agree to stay on the 3rd floor. There is also a what I believe is a rather heavy tax to change andy rough savings you may have assumed considering other extended stay places. I was promised brand new towels, etc. No they, the...
