We could not have been more satisfied. Right location, right roof top patio, lovely old mansion type establishment. We loved it. Plan to be back in the future. Avalon is a typical old island town. This property fits right in.

This hotel should really be called a bed and breakfast MINUS the breakfast. Its a bedroom, a small dated bedroom at your grandma's house. Perhaps an old converted house with history. I can't say I hated the hotel, the rooms were a bit out dated and aged but we slept well and had the most beautiful view from the 6th Floor Deck! I wouldn't tell you to stay away but I will tell you not to expect a lot. The staff was very friendly though!
