We were a late check in - 4 am. The night clerk was a nightmare. He sent us upstairs to the wrong area of the hotel. We had to make several trips up and down the stairs with my 75 year old mother and luggage. We woke to the pounding of cement due to the construction/remodeling of the hotel's exterior....
