“Staff took my clothes so was promised refund but never got it, management never responds”

This was a great hotel. Very beautiful and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was quick and easy. I knew about having to pay for parking ahead of time but it was still a little surprising.

Our first family trip and it was to the most magical place on earth: Disneyland! Hotel was in a great location and offered shuttle service to and from the park! Free continental breakfast but if you want there's an ihop nearby!
