Made to feel welcome. Excellent customer service with desk staff (? Leandra ? sp) who went out of her way to help us out by faxing personal information to SeaWorld when we were stuck in SanDiego having forgotten our SoCal City Passport. Appreciated the great kitchenette and would highly recommend it for families visiting Anaheim.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our Disneyland trip. The front desk was very helpful. I liked how I had a sliding glass door to my own balcony. The building is behind a restaurant and back from the street, so the road noise is minimal. To find it, look for the big blue and white sign. The front entrance has one of those Mexican fountains. I was surprised by the kitchen and great closet in the suite! This turned out to be our little home just 10 minute away from Disneyland. It was great not to feel trapped in a small hotel room. Reception staff was always helpful and kind. Great experience.
