We were a party of five and had two rooms. One suite and one room. Both had kitchens and were spacious. A generous buffet breakfast was available and included. The location was great, near M street, the canal and waterfront but the hotel just wasn't exciting. A bit old and dated, everyone was nice enough.

The suites are well appointed spacious and very clean. The service was superb. The breakfast has somthing for everyone. The location is in the heart of Georgetown. The recessed location provides privacy and some nice places to sit outside without being on the street. In short we loved it here

Nice clean and very complete, comfortable apartment with full kitchen and large living room with sofabed, separate bedroom as well. Only thing : it got really cold at night in the living room where the kids slept in the sofabed, so needed extra blankets. Also the microwave did not work. But we would stay here again - excellent location.
