We had a lovely stay at this B&B. It was a quiet location but within waling distance of capital hill and toursit sites of Washington. Simon and Robyn were very hospitable and we enjoyed the time and conversations had at Apple Tree Inn. We would recommend it to anyone wanting peace and quiet at the end of a bust day.

The location cannot be bettered if you want to visit Congress and the Smithsonian. Everywhere, views of the Capitol loom at the end of the street.
