It was a 15 minute shuttle ride to Union Station. Not very well located. Had to change rooms since our first room, though non-smoking, smelled of smoke. Employees were pleasant and breakfast was good and included. Rooms were clean and parking was only $12/day - much less than most D.C. hotels.

The shuttle didn't run to Union Station daily as advertised, which is a problem as taxis don't normally come by. There were no restaurants or fast food places adjacent to the hotel as described. Upon checkout there was an additional $9.95 on the bill,( which was removed). The front desk was not knowledgeable or helpful.

The staff at the Hotel was very kind and we especially loved the view from our Window and the kitchen in the lower level very warm and delightful. Couldn't have chosen a better hotel.

We had planned two nights. Left after one. Paper thin walls between rooms. Since it wasnt full why dont they separate rooms.
