We stayed here for 5 nights while attending the National Association of REALTORS Mid Year meeting. The first room they assigned us had a lock mechanism problem and would not open. The gave us another room which also suffered from lock issues, 3 of the 5 days we had to go back to the office to reset our keys. The... More

I booked this hotel because it was only a short metro ride into the city. The hotel was a bit hard to find because the sign was hidden by a tree. The room was clean and spacious. The location was a bit sketchy, however I felt safe inside my room. My only problem with this hotel was that the beds... More

I am a Professional hotelier and I have never seen a hotel like this before in my whole carrer. I went to washington DC for site seeing and clubing with my cousin and her friend. Hotel is located in shady party of town. It only shows 2.5 miles from downtown but belive me that 2.5 miles will change the area... More

My fiancee' and I went to Washington DC for the day to get in some site seeing and go to a club. After getting off the train we took a cab to hotel. They had one # written in the book for a cab, you call the number and you have to push all the #'s and then be on... More

We booked this hotel after having a good experience at another Quality Inn and figured we could bank on the reputation of the chain. In every aspect it was a completely different experience and I am suprised the chain even keeps this hotel. We were staying with two kids - a 5 year old and a 5 month old. Right... More

I didn't really know what to expect with this hotel - I booked it without looking at reviews because I was so excited from the hotels pictures and the great deal I was getting - for a King suite with Jacuzzi - so when I looked at the reviews upon getting there I started to freak out. However, I wouldn't... More

My husband and I arrived at the hotel during a "HEAT WAVE" over 100 degrees and the AC was not working in the room.Maintenance finally came and we insisted he replace the AC, which he did. There was a " ROACH" in the bathroom & "COCKROACH" in the bedroom. No refrig, iron or microwave. We wouldn't stay again even if the room... More

This place is okay if you're looking for cheap. The area is sketchy and noisy and there isn't much in the way of food that you can walk to easily. I was blown away by the smell of mold as soon as I walked into my room. The mold wasn't visible but it was definitely there. I got a sinus... More

If you ever want to claim you've stayed in the crappiest hotel in Washington Metropolitan Area, this is the place to go: 1. We checked two different rooms, seems they all smell disgusting. Very old (as are the pictures by the owner), shabby and not very clean. Noise and cigarette burns in bed sheets complete the offering. 2. Yes, the... More

This hotel is a $9 cab ride to Union Station you can walk but the neighborhoods are not the best. I could not believe how nasty the rooms were, we are use to budget hotels but this place should be shut down. The bed sheets were ripped up, room was very small and moldy. But the worst part was we... More
