I and two of my friends purchased Groupons (9 total) for the $20 for Self-Guided Secret Door and Sugar Tour with Snacks and $10 Shopping Voucher ($40 Value). Pros: The staff were wonderful, friendly, made you feel welcome. The young lady there was so helpful when we were getting items for our voucher. When we arrive, one of the staff... More

I was so excited to find this attraction on Groupon. I had never heard of it before. When I read the discription, I couldn't wait to buy the tickets. When we entered the Mansion, there were so many interesting things to look at. My Niece's agenda was to find all of the secret doors. I enjoyed looking at all of... More

In this day and age, so many hotels, restaurants, experiences are so boringly dull, uncreative, and stiff. You are just passing through, and basically keeping to oneself... like in an elevator ride... no one feels connected, rarely do you talk with the person 1 foot away from you... At the Mansion on O everyone is part of the family -... More

did the self guided tour of the Mansion. Felt like I was walking through an antique store at first. Like the themed rooms, especially the lighted photo of John Lennon on the ground in front of the toilet. I don't think I should stay a night there knowing throughout the day, tourists are walking all over the mansion, looking into... More

We originally came to the Mansion using our Groupon to see the monthly drag show, 'Illusions'. From the moment we stepped inside, we were hit with many different illusions that were not just the entertainment we came to see. From the street, you enter what looks like a single rowhouse, but is actually 5 interconnected rowhouses, which would explain how... More

We only did the self-guided tour, but we loved this crazy, quirky house. Every room is jam-packed with stuff, but it was so much fun to explore and talk about all the fun artwork and silly stuff and I imagine that if you return, you will see things you never noticed the first time around. They say most people only... More

I accompanied my wife to DC on a business trip and she decided to stay at the Mansion on O St. A very nice young man let us in the basement door and led us to a room filled with all sorts of stuff; a player piano, board games, books, furniture, a stack of scratched 42rpm records, etc. all for... Got a deal from Living Social so my college age son and I took their "Champagne Tour" earlier this week. It consisted of a glass of bubbly and a 30 second orientation to the building delivered by the bartender. The Mansion of O Street looks like what a house would look like if decorated by a Hoarder married to a... More

OMG. This is the best place, on the planet! The magic. The creativity. The sense of hope around each corner. I was in D.C. on business. Used to live in D.C., but never heard of The Mansion. I am so glad my company put me up there. I want to tell everyone to stay there. To have their meetings there.... More
