Booking was done on-line, but not through the Hilton site, since their site was not working for several days straight. Arrived and the Valet Parking was efficient. $37/day with minimal wait to get your car. Check-in was slightly less than stellar. We had three in our party, as I specified on my reservation, but we were given breakfast vouchers for... More

we stayed for a week in this hotel, and were greeted by the usual doubletree double choc cookies. The room itself was very clean, nice tv, furniture and a great soft bed. Our only criticism was that the bathroom was far too small and felt very cramped. The location was great for Dupont Circle and was very close to the... More

The lobby and lounge area has a very modern, boutique vibe. Rooms are very small but have all the essentials. If you have an AT&T Internet account (aircard or ISP), your Internet access may not incur an additional cost. The bed was very comfortable and restful!

The location is very good, walking distance to the restaurants and nightlife on 14th St. and Dupont Circle while not being too far from the tourist attractions. It's also easily accessible to public transportation. The service was great - but it was easily the smallest hotel room I've had outside of London. Everything was jammed in to a very small... More

Stayed at Doubletree with 4 friends for our annual trip to D.C. to visit museums and attractions. We got a good rate on the hotel, centrally located, which is why I booked here. We spent much of the time on foot, but the location of this hotel and the city lend themselves to foot travel. After arriving found the adjoining... More

The hotel was a bit off the beaten track but still within (a 20-minute) walking distance to major landmarks such as the White House and National Mall. The nearest subway stations (Dupont Circle or McPherson Square) were about 10 minutes away. We booked the romance package which came with a junior suite, breakfast for 2 and a bottle of sparkling... Very close to all the sights you could want to see! Ate at the hotel both nights we stayed enjoyed the steak so much though it was a little pricey! Problem with booking upon arrival was sorted quickly! Lacks free wifi tho it seemed to have it the first day we were there then disappeared?!

The location was great just a short walk from The White House and the mall with the museums on. Loved Washington DC and definitely will be back as so much... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I hate having to pay for parking or valet service, but it is to be expected in any big city. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. The location was the best part though. It was so easy to walk to everything, especially Dupont... More

Located where one can walk to many attractions and the underground trains. Very well lite at night. Rooms and bathroom are a bit smaller than we are used to, but it was immaculate. use AAA or AARP rate to save some money because taxes on a one night stay were $22.
