Awesome view, handy location..... same usual welcoming touches - well done. Getting to rooms is a bit of a drag...stairs to climb..and lift at far end of hallway... getting in and out though lift etc a little confusing.....(we found the basement, and cleaning room...lol) sensor lights in hallway were great for saving power, but didnt come on when you left... Cramped reception area. Impersonal welcome. Rooms very noisy. All the voice and machinery{mower} noise come straight up into the room ( you have to open window- no air-conditioning}. Lifts nowhere near reception. Restaurant shut- not told on website. Bar food unimpressive. We haven't stayed in such a poorly designed and unwelcoming hotel ever.

Location was great but room we were allocated was very dated. It was clean but difficult to access with luggage. No lift & access was external.
