Very hard to leave your room to sightsee with a view like this! Susie & Martin were very welcoming hosts. Great breakfast & a beautiful spot from which to explore the sounds. Comfy bed, large room with great ensuite. Great location between Havelock & Picton which is about 20 minutes away.

It was lovely to meet you both although your stay was short and sweet. We do hope that next time you come you will be able to stay for longer and really enable yourselves to enjoy the wonderful region of Marlborough. The dolphins have just returned to Okiwa Bay so they are great entertainment during breakfast. More

Staying at the Okiwa Bay Lodge was a highlight of our 3-week trip to New Zealand and Australia. Watching the sun rise over Queen Charlotte Sound from our room was unforgettable. Stunning view, friendly hosts and outstanding food and I can't forget the wine! We had a short one night stay at Okiwa Bay Lodge. No complaints whatsoever but one suggestion, at this level of accommodation I did expect a few more wee luxuries, nothing major. Things like the shower gel should really be better than Radox and just little touches... More

This Lodge, and the owners, Martin and Susie, are simply amazing! We arrived at Picton airport and was picked up by Martin, and we nattered all the way to the Lodge. The views are simply spectacular, and one could easily spend all day on nice day on the deck looking at the view! Our room was modern, spacious and very... More

We stayed for one very brief night on our way down South Island. Susie and Martin were fabulous hosts, both staying up late to welcome us when we missed our Ferry which didn't arrive till 10pm.
