If you are looking for something a little different this is definately worth considering. The hosts can't do enough for you and come with thier own unique approach....ask about the muffin club! Ian's advice on what to do in the area and beyond stood us in very good stead. The room was comfortable and spacious. A memorable stay.

Stayed two nights at The Gables but wish it could have been longer. Ian and Paula (hosts) made everything very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend The Gables to anyone visitng Picton.

My husband and I stayed in the cottage at The Gables. The cottage is behind the main house and has parking available. The Gables is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The innkeepeers, Ian and Paula are absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend staying here.
