We stayed at the hotel with a discount voucher, and the moment we started checking in, I could see some sort of arrogancy on the lady receptionist's face. Great hotel in great Czech mountain resort. Design place, with cosy atmosphere and quite good service. Breakfast nothing special but dinner in their restaurant was delicious. Very good wellness with affordable prices incl. massage.

Location is great, at the end of quiet street in the center of town. I would rate rooms 5* and services 4*. Dinning 5*, breakfast 2*. Rooms are modern, nice, well equiped, hotel has small wellness (massages, whirpool, sauna, no space for swimming pool). Staff is nice but not so proffesional like in a real 5* hotel. Food in restaurant...

The Hotel has very luxury suits, priced more than 1,000 euro a night to standard rooms of 200 Euro a night. We stayed in a room grade one above the standard level. The bathroom was a bit small, but well equipped and...
