Stayed here because of the parking and location. My one complaint was the room. Had to be the smallest hotel room in which I've ever stayed. Could hardly move around. The gym was very small as well and very warm due to the rooftop location. Overall not bad.

I stayed in Latvia for a brief business meeting last month. The room I had at the Radisson was clean, comfortable, quiet, and stylish. If I had been traveling with my husband the bed would have been small, but for one it was fine.
