The location is very helpful, not far at all from the old town or tram/bus stops. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming and their English is excellent. Spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast was fine, ample selection at the buffet. Very nice coffee too. Would recommend. More

Brilliant hotel. Within easy walking distance of the old town and all the main sights. Staff were very helpful. Everyday there was a different receptionist on duty and they were all pleasant and keen to help. One thing I especially liked was, unlike most hotels. they didn't charge for securing valuables in a locker located in one of the lobbys.... More

Arrived to be greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady and an array of tourist information on reception. The hotel is about 2 minutes away from the old town. The rooms were big and clean. For the stars awarded it was very good. If we had to be picky the breakfast wasn't hot. More
