Our first time in Tallin and in mycityhotel. Excellent customer service and beautiful hotel outside and inside. Hotel location was perfect. You can just walk to old and new town. We will definetly come back.

We enjoyed our stay at My City hotel in Tallinn. It's a 5 mn walk from the heart of the city. The staff was very kind. Our room was very quite, spacious and located at the top floor. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice. Recommended.

One nice hotel smack in the middle of Old town with nice rooms,friendly staff and a sign saying "free wifi is a basic human right", breakfast could have had a bit more items but that's a minor thing, my stay was nice and with a hotel I've never heard of, Surprise.

My City Hotel is located in the centre of the old town and the new town is a short walk away. All the staff were very friendly, the rooms were of a decent size and clean and breakfast had something for everyone. I would definately use this hotel again if staying in Tallinn again.

The place was located at the center of Tallinn and for example 5 minutes walk to Kalev spa. Shops and restaurants also near if you need them. Friendly service and clean rooms. My City Hotel is centrally situated for both the Old town attractions and the newer part of Tallinn. Staffed by friendly efficient staff it delivered a quality stay at a reaonable price. Stayed in this hotel in january 2013. Small rooms, hotel location was ok, but worst breakfast ever. Choose another hotel if you want something to eat in the morning. The TV in our friends room (superior room) did not work (poor quality). The staff could not fix it and they got no compensation, exept for two soft drinks.

The staff is very helpful. The bedroom have enough space and quiet. The hotel is located near the old town of Tallinn very easy to access with the walking street. The sauna and jacuzzi can be rented for private moments. The only thing they should improve is the breakfast. The choice of food is poor, the room is very small... More
