I visited this hotel for one night. I will never return to this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I didn 't like the food - business menu in the restaurant. I will never return in this hotel. This was bad experience.

Great hotel, helpful staff, fantastic value for money. Only drawback was lack of WiFi in the bedrooms although hotel did supply an ethernet cable when requested which was ok for me with my laptop, but my daughter had to use the lobby area to get a wireless connection on her iphone.

We went there last year for new years eve, 3 nights. It's a pleasant hotel, spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean, they even come in the second morning to clean the room and change towels. Sure, I've been to better hotels, but as for the price/value recommendation, this one is really great. Friendly stuff, tasty breakfast in buffet form (well coffee not so much), rooms are ok, and you can choose smoking/non-smoking. Elevators are a little bit slow. Quiet and pleasant. Clean. I stayed there for 3 nights and this hotel is beatiful. Nice staff and good food. Reception staff is very helpful, gave me all information about the old town and sightseeing. I will come again with my family.

I stay in this hotel everytime I go to Bratislava for work (approx. 15 nights/year). It is not the most romantic place, but very effective for business trips - very close to the highway, not far from the center and the exhibition center Incheba (by car). The location is good , quite spacy , the personnel communicates in English and is very helpfull , the service is average standard , there is a smoking area outside covered somehow from cold or rain. The prices are reasonable and thre is a good restaurant with tasty food.
