I stayed in this hotel 4 days. The atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The staff is very professional and polite. The only little downside is the distance from the center. These are 10 minute walk or a few minutes by bus (the bus costs € 0.30). More

I am staying in Mercury Bratislava regularly for about 2 years and always this has been a pleasant experience. It is a nice hotel, newly done, in fresh modern style. Rooms are really cool looking, in a kind of design / pop art style. service is good, no problems. More

This is the only review which I have given a `5' rating to. My just concluded Europe holiday covered 14 hotels in 27 days. The hotels were expected to in roughly the same class (see my other reviews), but this one was by far the best. I think these 2 comments speak for themselves. The location is fairly central. Next... Immaculately clean, great Privilege lounge, great service in general. Next to main train station, however, 25 min walk to the old town centre, though one can always take the tram. The open bathroom concept may not appeal to all, hence, provision of a curtain can easily provide an option for the not so adventerous. More

The Mercure is very convenient to the railway station, but not to the historic old city. This is a brisk 15 minute walk away. Perfectly acceptable during the day, but a bit annoying at night, as there are no decent restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Rooms were OK. Beds excellent - firm but comfortable. Bathrooms were well apponteed.... More

The hotel is convenient for the train station as you can see it accross the road. If you fly the Bratislava you can then get the number 61 bus from the airport that drops you at the train station. The rooms and the inside of the hotel are beautifully presented and the staff are helpful and courteous. There was a... More

Very friendly reception who were happy to help visitors to the city. The decor of this hotel is modern. My room was excellent and clean. Restaurant served good food. Breakfast perhaps a little expensive. Wouldn't hesitate stopping there again. More

We spent 3 nights in this hotel at a special discount rate - 3 nights for the price of 2 - and this worked out at only £39 a night. We arrived on the train from Budapest into Bratislava HS and the hotel is less than 5 mins walk from here. The staff on arrival were extremely polite, helpful and... More
