I requested (and got confirmation) that I would receive a suite, with king-size bed, non-smoking. When I arrived I was given a regular room, smoking, with two TWIN beds pushed together. That was all they had, and they claimed I had never asked for non-smoking. Now, I have asthma, so I always request this as it is a HEALTH issue...

I've stayed in hotels of all price ranges in both Eastern and Western Europe, and this one is the worst value I've had in Europe. The receptionists were grumpy and not helpful.
