Outstanding, efficient staff that made stay very enjoyable. If hotel were closer to river, a sure "5 Star hotel!" Front desk staff - especially Lorant - gave outstanding info for the sights of Budapest. The only drawback was the over priced restaurant connected to the hotel.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff at front desk, helped us will all questions about the city and activities to see. Breakfast had very good selection. Rooms were outstanding. Quiet area, but close to everything by walking or tram. I will definitely stay there next visit.

We booked this stay about half a year in advance through a discount operator. We were given a room in the new part of the hotel, not the main building. Separate elevator, less convenient. The suite was huge, all of the fixtures were brand new, but there was no free-standing shower as promised, and the tub had to be climbed... More

The Boscolo Budapest is probably the best place to stay in the city. Its got character and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A bit pricey compared to other hotels in Budapest but its well worth it. Try the cafe on the ground floor for brunch as it seems to be a local hotspot. Staff are great as well!
