Beds are very hard, and the hotel breakfast is expensive. The hotel staff was polite but not very helpful, but for a low cost weekend it was a fair hotel, price considered. The local sports bar at the corner served good dinner at local price, which is much cheaper than you can find in the city center. TIP: If you... More

but the service was good. The employees, as every one in Budapest were very friendly and very, very helpful. The TV in the rooms is very bad, only CNN in English, 3 channels in Hungarian an one in Italian. The blankets are so short, that my feet were out and I'm only 170cm. The room we received had two twin... More

I spent 2 night’s in the Hotel with my wife and kids. Hotel has excellent service and it is clean. Stuff is helpful and speaks English. Hotel is accessible by public transportation, near the hotel there is tram, and bus station, so it is extremely easy and fast to travel towards the city center, we had absolutely no need to... More

Towards irish standard for a 3 star location, accomadation and food, i would give it 2. Bit out of the way although taxi's are not expensive. Staff in hotel very nice, found that all reception staff male a bit odd. We tried hungarian food in restaurant up the road, not at all nice. No restaurant in hotel, just breakfast room.... More

it was the second time when I was in Budapest but this time I was pleased to find a very good 4* hotel, near to the center (few minutes with bus 8) with a friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and warm in winter time. The receptionists, all good english speakers, very helpful; they gave us good information about... More

The room was comfortable and spacious compared to many capital cities we have visited. While the location seems well out of the centre, we found that it took us only five minutes by bus to the heart of the tourist areas. The road was busy but we did not find it a problem to sleep. We had booked a twin... More

Good rooms, good comfort, but noise from the street, with cars and tram (I had plugs in the ears to sleep). Ask for rooms on backside. By the way, all the services are expensive like the breakfast (10€) as expensive as the Gellert's the most famous hoitel of Budapest on the Danube banks! The wifi is also very expensive. The... More

My husband&I just came back from a visit from Budapest where we've stayed for two nights in this hotel. It was very clean, the staff is very polite and helpfull. Rooms are big enough. Be sure to ask for a room on the garden side and you will have no problems regarding the rather busy traffic. Beds are a bit... More
