Just don't go if you don't have to, because nearby is great hotel with same price.
Hotel Berlin is on the noisy road, very very old furniture, terrible toilets, not too clean hotel, too far from the center. Especially if you can find good hotels nearby.

Actually, it was a good hotel but really far from the centre of city. It will take you around 20 min to get the centre by bus.
