If you are going to Budapest because of the baths, Lowcostel is just down the street. It's the best bath in Budapest. That's one reason to stay at this hostel. Low cost is another. It's clean, friendly, has a good kitchen and very helpful in finding places that interests you. Anna and Dennis were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this...
