I stayed at the Baroque with two friends in March 2012. The price was 3 EUR/night per person which is the cheapest hostel I have ever seen. Despite the low price, the hostel is reasonably located & offers reasonable facilities. We were also greeted by very nice staff, which adds to the positive experience.

The dorm room in which I stayed was more cramped than average when the place was running full. Plenty of bathroom facilities available. Excellent kitchen and lounge facilities. Good location, right at the end of Andrassy Avenue by Hero's Square. Friendly, helpful staff. Try the Paprika Restaurant a few blocks to the east - seriously good food!
