“Black Hawk Down was filmed here”

Think Mogadishu in Black Hawk Down (thankfully the Somalian gunmen are having the weekend off) and you get a mental image of the apartment block that the hostel is located in. On the plus side for the owners, the theives that 'broke in' to our apartments and 'forced open' the lockers were clearly beginners, managing as they did to overlook... More

“This hostel is overrated!”

The hostel was very hard to find as there was no sign at all,just a big black door which can only be entered with the right codes. The staff was pretty friendly but didn't care too much about the fact that there was no web access as promised. Actually we had payed for a double room with a private bathroom... More
