We had an excellent suite of rooms for a family of four with great views of the Castle and a terrace. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Maybe should be better if they tell you that elevator didn't exist or it's not possible let yr luggage close to the hotel, but position and rooms are wonderful, and staff also very professional.Breakfast also very good ! More
