The staff were exceptional, from check in to check out. The rooms are very good, mine overlooked the town and the castle. Everything was very clean and quiet. When I needed lunch within 20 mins the staff made it happen. Exceptional.

Moved here after a noisy night elsewhere, what a difference. The room was wonderful, the service was great and it is ideally situated near to the town centre. It is not the cheapest place to stay but it definitely provides value for money and a relaxing stay.

Nice hotel in the city center, has also a Casino in the same building, quite fair room (stayed in Superior) for what you spend, breakfast was good and abundant. Nice staff, especially at the front desk. Not a true 5 star, but I guess it also depends of the local standards. I can recommend this hotel.
