“Not quiet and falling to pieces - avoid!”

We also booked because we thought it would be quiet. It is anything but. The nearby road carries trams and across the pond is a factory - on the night we stayed their the factory was in production all night and the noise from the ventalation was unbelievable. We found their web page, and they said: "a cosy hotel, in which you will find silence and calm, so necessary for the rest" We contacted the hotel, and made the reservation for 2 nights, on the 10th and 11th of August. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are good, and they have good prices. The first night no problem.... More

This hotel is not mentioned in the guidebooks and is quite an internet find, being quiet, pleasant and scrupulously clean. The bathrooms are top rate. The staff are friendly.
