“Unsuitable for holiday or sightseeing accomodation”

First problem, no lift, even though we told the booking agent (Media Travel) that my wife has walking dificulties. Never been to a hotel without one before. Second problem, no bathroom. Never been to a hotel without en suite rooms as standard for decades. Paid extra for an en suite room but there was a big misunderstanding over the price... More
