Although this should review should have been written long ago, I have to admit, this is the most beautiful hotel with extremely cordial staff. This place has an amazing view, right at the foothills, its a delight to have stayed here- even though my stay was short here, it was worthwhile.

Hotel is situated in the mountains next to the ski slope. Rooms clean and spacious. Towels changed daily. Breakfast very good. Service very nice. Great combination taxi from the center of Zakopane. There is a disco, with a lot of different shows. I highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my wife traveled to Zakopane for ski lesson. The staff are friendly and helpful and fluent in English. From my room windows I can see mountains and ski slop. I may now bore a few of you but again I am going to say that the Mercure Kasprowy in Zakopane in Poland is the best choice for winter break that eithe does or does not involve skiing. You wont get a hotel closer to the slopes.There are not many restaurants nearby, but town is only a short taxi or shuttle bus ride away. I booked this hotel last minute - and usually I get a confirmation via email quite fast, however upon repeated checking there wasn't one. Not phased by this we arrived at the hotel. Nice hotel for weekend stay. A bit long walk to the centre but for those who go skiing it's perfect. The hotel is nice and clean. Has large parking (also guarded one). Swimming pool is a bit old fashioned but clean.
