We have stayed at the Rysy hotel for 4 nights this February. The hotel is brand new, very modern and quite stylish. The room was specious and well equiped with a great bathroom. Overall the staff was very attentive and friendly.The only exception was a waiter who after brining tea to our room demanded I paid for the room service...

Rysy hotel is quite good for Zakopane, although very expensive. It is new, modern, small (only 24rooms) and well located next to Krupowki. It does not have swimming pool, neither good gym, so rating of 5* is far too much. Rooms are well equiped, with very good bathroom. Frendly staff, trying to accomodate all needs, but lacking experince of running...
