I was invited with my family for spending Xmas together in mountains. I was so disapointed when we have arrived to Meta Hotel. From the beginning we could feel very nervous atmosphere with staff. They were not organized at all.Rooms seamed ok until next day when housekeepers cleaned them. Even in Egipt rooms are cleaner that in Hotel Meta. Disaster....
