I stayed in the hotel with my colleague for 3 nights. We were very happy with the location, rooms and customer service. The staff was very helpful and always available. “Perfect little hotel”

We stayed at this superb little hotel during a city break in Krakow -- 3rd to 7th June 2013 . Staff were so friendly and helpful , breakfast was superb , room was large and nicely decorated and very clean , and the hotel itself was in a perfect spot for walking to all the city sights .

Fantastic, stylish hotel in a brilliant location, near restaurants, bars, shops etc. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Within walking distance to all the beauty of Market Square. Both my husband and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Loved the black carpet throughout- how do they manage to keep it so clean??
