NIce clean central hotel which at the time of our visit was filled with 70% British residents Which was why we were disappointed with the breakfast selection which was of continental fayre. Stayed for four nights, rooms very clean,staff very helpful and pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Continental self service breakfast provided,but staff did provide other food when asked (boiled or fried eggs) The location of the hotel is very good, in easy walking distance to the main square with all the amenities

Just returned from four days stay in this hotel.Returned Sunday 26th May. On arrival we asked for front facing room and were immediateyy upgraded to a family room.The hotel is spotless.It was cleaned every day with complementery bottles of water each morning.The staff were very nice and helpfull throughoutb our stay. Very central and inexpensive hotel with perfect location for exploring city on foot. Breakfast was high quality and plenty to set you up for a day of exploring! No negatives at all for me! We got picked up by Krakow Tours to go to Auschwitz right outside and also did Real Krakow tour in trabant! Great trip all in all!... More

Good location for exploring. Clean and comfortable rooms and very spacious. Did not like sharing table at breakfast but on the final day we realised that there was a further room to the front of main dining room, which was more pleasant and quieter with more tables. Would certainly stay here again.
