The hotel is modern, very clean and generally good value. The rooms we had were good sized twins with most things we wanted and considered reasonable value. This hotel was horrible to get to we ahd to fork out on taxis beacue the tram system was so hard to work out. We had water off for a whole day and almost anight due to repairs. The great views you get are of a tram site and an industrial site. You get wonderful sounds of trams and lorries... More

This is a great hotel but just a little too far from the city centre. It's about nine tram stops to the city and even though the trams run at about 10 minute intervals it's not that convenient if you need to slip back to the hotel quickly.
