Rooms are quite clean, however, some cosmetic repair could do much; wi-fi present and working, sometimes unstable (you have to choose between a few access points to find the best); quite good breakfast and pleasant, helpful lady at reception. Private parking is a plus; however you might miss the sign on the road while driving at evening.
