We arrived early from the airport, and were warmly greeted by the reception staff. Our room was ready and warm, clean and comfortable, a lovely way to start our break. The hotel is in a small square in the Jewish quarter, charming and interesting, fantastic architecture everywhere a 15 minute walk to the main square, shops, markets a Castle. We... More

Two couples and a single traveled to Krakow for a long weekend and opted for the Hotel Rubenstein. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. This small boutique hotel is located in the heart of Kazimierz - a really nice area for wandering around on the cobblestone streets but a bit of a distance away from the Stare... More

We stayed at the Hotel Rubenstein at Easter. The hotel is charming, the staff were lovely and very polite, everywhere was spotless. The breakfast was lovely, infact I cannot say anything bad about it. The jewish quarter is charming, and like some other review said, it was about 20 minutes walk down some dodgy streets into the main town, well... More

The staff at a hotel is probably one of the most important things to me when I travel and the staff at Hotel Rubenstein is a great example of great customer service. One example: We had an early morning flight, and the staff rang us the night before to see if we would like a boxed breakfast prepared since the... More

Stayed in the hotel for a three day break at the start of March. The hotel was quaint, very clean and the staff very helpful. The hotel is small but charming. The room was spotless and a decent size. The hotel is ideally situated in the middle of the jewish quarter and there are plently of local restaurants, bars and... More

We have just returned from a two night break at the Rubenstein. The hotel is located in the Jewish quarter which is about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff are pleasant and cant do enough for you. The breakfast is fine, with a selection of meats and breads plus... More

From the moment I made a 'phone call to this hotel check on availability, I knew we had made the right choice! The receptionist was extremely polite and friendly and looked forward to welcoming us. Location is in the quiet old Jewish quarter square but only pleasant 15 minutes from the main square. The outside terrace vies for business with... More

This hotel should be 2 star or possibly 3 at a push. It is a good 20 minutes walk from the city centre through dark dodgy streets. Service can be very hit and miss depending on who's on duty. If you're unlucky enough to be given a room facing the street be prepared to be awake each morning from about... More
