“lovely hotel but service like for 2* hotel”

We've stayed in this hotel for three nights. Hotel is really lovely and modern, but far far away from been 4* hotel. First thing what is completely not acceptable there is no tea and coffe facilities in the room. On our stay at hotel there was not enough toilet rolls (only one roll and if wasn't finish it wasn't change... More
