“Definitely not the Ritz”

Had a function at the CEZ arena which is the only reason to stay here. Rooms awful with lumpy beds, bad bathrooms, old everything. Breakfast is very dull. Even the juice is tasteless. You can order fresh from the bar but it costs extra. Restaurant has decent food in the evening. I hear they are remodeling. Not a day too... More

“Average hotel with bad kitchen, average rooms, but quite good connection to the CEZ arena.”

My reservation was for a no-smoking suite, unfortunately they gave me a room only first, afrer claim changed for a suite, but smoking and really full of smell. Broken mirror in the barhroom - not the best first inpresssion. Hotel is very closed to the CEZ arena stadium, but even a few tens of meters of snow on the connecting... More

“Good hotel but not in the centre”

Hotel is located in Zabreh area, about 3 km from the city centre, but it is quite easy accessible by trams or buses. The hotel looks modern from outside but rooms are not furnished in modern way. “Good clean hotel for a business trip to Ostrava.”

Staff is very friendly and speak English. If I am comfortable then should be clean for others. Not a fancy hotel and was skeptical with single bed but was good on the back. Not for a romantic get away. Shower heads could use an up grade. More

This hotel is not close to the town center, but it pays of to be there. The parking capacity is enough. Good accesibility in the hotel. Rooms are a little bit small, but well furnished. The breakfast is almost perfect. More

“Great business hotel in Ostrava”

Hotel is located near CEZ Arena (multi sports and cultural venue). We have used four rooms and a "Senator" meeting room during our trip. Rooms are clean, modern, well equipped, hotel has a great restaurant. Meeting room was well prepared according to our specifications, with good refreshments, hotel staff prepared all the signs leading our guests to the meeting room.... More

Fully renovated (about 2-3 years ago) 4-star hotel. Quality furniture, quiet, clean, very good restaurant. The only disadvantage is location - it is located outside centre, near the main sports hall. More
