Another stay at this hotel this past February, and a delightful one at that! This time I stayed in a room which was very large and comfortable and even had a small balcony overlooking the back. “Excellent Business Hotel in Moravia”

I stayed for one night only here but was suitably impressed enough to write a review. Very friendly staff when I checked in late. They even recommended I settle my bill as I checked as there would a large tour group checking in/out in the morning. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. More

“Finally a decent place to stay in Ostrava”

I am not puting reviews for services online usually. I am coming to Ostrava for business regulary every week since summer of 11. and Mercure has really saved my in this industrial city with their perfect staff attitude, cleanliness, delicious breakfest tables and other related services such as fast net connection, printing, etc... it wasn't the 1st time that i stayed in ostrava before we stayed in the brioni hotel : this was easy because it was in stodolni street but it was noisy if you went to sleep the mercure has the advantage that it is in walking distance ot stodolni but in a quiet area More

Excellent value for the money, customer service was very good, front desk very helpful, rooms very perfectly equipped with everything (inc. tea pot) and brand new, elegant.
